It addresses the real reasons to have a drink – dating, work, and dealing with other peoples’ weddings!

Tender is the Night, White Teeth, Sweetbitter, On Drinking. [Editor’s note: that is more than one! But they are such good picks, we’ll allow it.]

Ethiopian jazz or the Kills.

The Long Winded Lady, a collection of Maeve Brennan short stories.

Pandora’s Handbag – a collection of writing by Elizabeth Young. Such an interesting woman!

I’d love to write a cookbook!
