Who’s Who at Book Riot Live: Round Five

Our newest speakers are pretty cool, y’all.

Cartoonist Sarah C. Andersen gives webcomic advice but also we’re just delighted to see her share  her favorite of her comics over on Things In Squares.

Author Zoraida Córdova tells the Latin Post that she’s “more interested in creating a Latin protagonist who struggles with adolescence, as opposed to a Latin protagonist who struggles with their race.”

Librarian Emily Jacobson helped establish the first permanent public library branch on Rikers Island.

And her fellow Brooklyn Public Library employee Nick Higgins was part of a program making sure inmates have a convenient way to read to their children. Hang on, there’s some dust in my eyes…
